Our Streamlined Draw Process
Our draw process is designed to be quick, efficient and accessible. You’ll need to make sure you have your backup documentation, progress photos, and scope of work readily available when submitting a draw. The basic steps are outlined below, but once you are an approved borrower, we will provide you with specific instructions related to your loan.
Get Your Funds Faster: The Draw Process
Submit invoices and/or receipts
Provide Scope of work outlining items for reimbursement
Our team will forward you a proprietary application to upload photos.
The draws department reviews the submittal for accuracy
Funds are wired directly to the borrowers ACH account.
